If selected for a Leadership Team, I am prepared to make the following commitments:

Serve on the Women’s Leadership Team, as a member of one team, for one year (barring unforeseen circumstances).

Attend Leadership Team meetings at the agreed upon times and dates (number and frequency of meetings varies for each team).

Seek to maintain unity within the team, edifying, respecting, upholding, and affirming one another as fellow servants of Jesus (Romans 12:10).

Cooperate with church leadership to support the plans and activities of the church as established by the Eastside staff and elders.
